Keeping your downline / Leadeship

Q. "Scenario - you have 2 downline members. How much in sales do they / or you personally, have to maintain in order to keep these members under you ? I read somewhere that if you don;t achieve a certain amount of sales as a group / personally, that you "lose" the downline to your upline. Can someone explain what one has to do / achieve in order to keep their downline members."

A.
"From the campaign of your first recruit, you have 13 campaigns to have a total of 5 - if not, they roll up. If you have your 5, but you don't have the $250 in personal sales and $1200 in unit sales, you get another 13 campaigns to make UL (which is the minimum of 5, your $250 and unit $1200)

So, look at the campaign your first recruit was appointed in - and count out 13, if you don't have 5 by that 13th campaign, you lose your DL"

Q.
"The total Unit Sales and my Personal Sales figures - does this need to be EVERY campaign or just within a 13 campaign period ?

A.
Every campaign, if you become a UL, and you fail to perform at that level (5 reps/$250/$1200) for 5 campaigns, its called being at risk, if you are 5 at risk, when the current campaign closes (would technically be 6th campaign) your downline rolls up.

Q.
If I went 3 campaigns without making level, and my 4th campaign I make level, does it start over again and I now have 5 campaigns again to make level before my downline rolls up.

A.
Once you title as a UL - yes, if you are a UL and in C16 you only had $500 in unit sales, but you met your $250, that puts your title at risk 1 campaign, in C17 you miss the unit sales again, you are now 2 at risk, C18 your team really kicks into high gear and you all hae $3000 in unit sales, you are no longer "at risk" . So you are cool (so to speak) until then next time you/your team fails to perform, then it starts at 1 again.

Also, Avon also gives you a "safety net" - when you title as a UL, you will see on your earnings statement "250 performance points" This is a safety net for you. Say in C16, your team has the $1200 but your personal order is only $200. Avon automatically borrows 50 performance points so your personal order is now $250 and you are good to go. In C17 you have a $500 order so avon "pays back" your performance points so they stay at the 250
